求助 如何用手机上sis？

这几天出差到外地 找网又不是很方便 于是想到手机上网，本想上sis，可弄了半天也没弄明白！
我这是移动的手机卡，请教下各位兄弟怎么才能上来啊？

还是没明白 手机浏览器在网上直接就可以下载，还是需要到维修的地方让人家安装特殊的软件？
