关于双效的推荐和有效时间

某团买过双效艾力达，第一次尝试半片，可能水喝啥了有点腹泻，而且头晕恶心。后面几次喝了一大罐的冰糖雪梨，感觉副作用好了，助勃和硬度方面在原来的基础上有点效果，大概也就50%的时间。
建议多喝温水，尤其是糖水，能缓解腹泻恶心头晕的副作用。
